And upon those in the tombs, bestowing life.

Welcome to our celebration of the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ! In the liturgies of the Orthodox Church we proclaim that Christ gave Himself over to death on the Cross ‘For the Life of the World’, and so we invite all creation to celebrate together Christ’s miraculous and life-giving Resurrection from the dead.
