Holy Friday, Saturday and Sunday

HOLY WEEK REMINDERS

Friday, April 30

Today at noon is the decoration of the bier. Children ages 2 to 12 are invited and encouraged to participate in the adornment of the tomb of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Children attending the decorating of the Holy Bier are invited and encouraged to bring something beautiful from home, such as flowers, greens, or leaves cut fresh from the yard, to leave at the foot of the Cross of Our Lord. Khouria Kristina will offer a brief, engaging reflection at the tomb.

There is a sign-up sheet, but feel welcome to come as you are able.

FAMILY NEWS

Housekeeping note:

This is just a reminder that candles should be held upright to avoid dripping wax on the floor, the new chairs, or the person seated in front of you.  It is easy to become absorbed in worship and not notice. Adults, please help children with this practice. Thank You.

Food for Hungry People and Outreach Fund: Checks may be made out to All Saints or you may donate online at the church website. We will send all contributions to the Antiochian Archdiocese after Great Pascha.

Donations to the church are being made online at www.allsaintsbloomington.org and by U.S mail.  Many thanks to all who continue supporting All Saints.
